14.04 Where is the 10 minutes screensaver

Asked by EricDHH

Xubuntu 14.04 amd64 and i386

In xubuntu as also in lm xfce edition there are 3 screensavers installed by default.

- xscreensaver
- gnome-screensaver
- xfce4-energy-manager

10 minutes after last activity the the screen turns black on all machines, on my desktop with fglrx this also cause a black screen of death with firegl full blown crash. So my idea was to turn this screensaver off,

Disable xscreensaver - black after 10 minutes
Removed and purged xscreensaver - black after 10 minutes
Disabled gnome-screensaver - black in 10 minutes
Removed and purged gnome-screensaver - black in 10 minutes
Set xfce4-power-manager to 50min when not at battery - black in 10 minutes

Guess i'am wrong here, there are much more screensavers in the system, please tell me in which packages and how to disable their blanking. I remember the times when we did a startx by hand, yes there was a 10 minutes screensaver at the console.
