Windows samba and smb:\\'root" taking over desktop files

Samba root has taken over my desktop and files. I might be victim of the hijack virus. i have a fake ubuntu 12.04 LTS which will not
load anymore. also samba root has taken permission on my desktop.
PLEASE HELP!
