changing things in share

i am root, i have the root password, i am logged in as root, but i cannot change things in usr/share and i dont know why.

i have been told not to change things in share, but i know what im doing and it is a fairly simple thing to change anyhow.

please help xD

try in terminal

sudo vi <file name> (for example editing a file)

BTW what you want to change please be more specific

found answer: "sudo nautilus" in terminal xD
