Missing File Sharing Utility (Which One?)

I am using Ubuntu 10.04.2 LTS.

When I go to System-Preferences-Personal File Sharing, the option to turn on Share Files On Network is not available. The message states that required packages are not installed but doesn't tell me which packages to install. I am only interested in sharing files from computers that are running Ubuntu.

I need to add that my LAN is a wireless home network.

Question is not irrelevant because I am able to use SSH and achieve access.
