You can share folders using nautilus. run:

sudo apt-get install samba

and you can right click folders to share them. Not all features have GUI methods but personally I find configuring shares using the smb.conf file (it gives far easier config and with greater control)

Click start and run
then run:

\\foo\share

change foo for your Ubuntu system's home name
change share to the share name you defined for the share

Should access it just fine.

Can you help with this problem?
