Is there a reason why sagemath is missing in eoan?

The packages sagemath, sagemath-common, sagemath-doc-* and sagemath-jupyter are missing in eoan, but sagemath-database-* is not. Moreover, a couple of other packages in eoan are still depending on sagemath.

Removal requested on 2019-09-04.
Build-depends on obsolete python-snowballstemmer

This, however, seems a bit strange to me, because python-snowballstemmer does exist in eoan.
