Ubuntu s390x Source Download ?

All I was able to find was this s390-tools source for Ubuntu 16.04.3 s390x. Can you please point me to all s390x source please ?

There is no "s390x source".

The source of the Ubuntu packages is architecture-independent.

If you take the hello package as an example:

All binaries for the different architectures:
hello_2.10-1build1_amd64.deb
hello_2.10-1build1_arm64.deb
hello_2.10-1build1_armhf.deb
hello_2.10-1build1_i386.deb
hello_2.10-1build1_ppc64el.deb
hello_2.10-1build1_s390x.deb
are created from one common source:
hello_2.10.orig.tar.gz
and this is valid for all Ubuntu packages.

And if you are searching for a repository to download all source at once, you can look at
http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/source/xenial/source/current/source/
(note: some packages have meanwhile been updated)
