Why does librtmidi-dev depend on librtaudio-dev?

Attempting to install the package librtmidi-dev fails because it requires librtaudio-dev. Attempting to seperately install librtaudio-dev causes some bad dependency issues on my system -- removing my wine installation among others. This brings into question the necessity of a dependency on the librtaudio-dev package. As far as I investigated, there is no reason for this dependency to exist.

I'm on Ubuntu 17.10.

I have solved my personal dependency issue through other means. This issue still stands, although I don't mind it.
