Off-line wifi driver installation

I need to install a wifi driver, however, since I have no wifi, and absolutely zero ethernet access, I can't just hop onto the terminal and type it in. Can you tell me how to download this driver as a file, put it on my computer and then install it?

You can use that and download the debs. You will then need to manually satisfy dependencies which is a headache but possible. Lots of back and forth until your OS has all the packages it needs. The dependencies may also have their own dependencies which you will also need to satisfy
