You can share the data you want to backup then schedule an rsync over the network.

The users will only have write access to their home folder. Are you wanting to backup the windows system to the Ubuntu system so that if the Windows system goes down you can restore data?

No i wanna just back up , some folder from the windows system which the user must always save his work for reason of security , i mean that "in case of" , i can have the work again in the hard disk of server and i don't need to repeat all the work from Zero.

Share the folder, or a folder with lots of subfolders you want to backup and you can access them over the LAN using nautilus.

Can you help with this problem?
