where to download rpcbind - 0.2.3-0.2ubuntu0.16.04.1+esm1

The link https://ubuntu.com/security/notices/USN-4986-2 mentioned that there's a rcbind fix for Unbutu16.04. And it's available through package "rpcbind - 0.2.3-0.2ubuntu0.16.04.1+esm1". But from the download page https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/rpcbind, I can't find this package. The latest one provided on the download page is still 0.2.3-0.2ubuntu0.16.04.1 which was published on 2020-09-03. Can anyone help to indicate where I can download esm version for Xenial. Thanks!

You have access to that updated package only if you have a valid esm subscription. It is not stored on the launchpad servers and standard Ubuntu mirrors, but only on the esm repository server, which has restricted access only for those, who have a valid esm subsription.

If you have registered your system for esm and have correctly set it up, then you will automatically receive that version with standard package updates (e.g. apt update && apt upgrade).
