PPPoE setup in Ubuntu 11.04

I have a broadband service in China that uses a Username and Password. I don't have a modem, it is hooked up through my Ethernet cable. I need to know how to set this up in Ubuntu 11.04. It works and I know how to set it up in Windows 7 but I can't get it in Ubuntu 11.04! Help
