Staff Export Options missing from Track Parameters

I'm trying to access the "Bracket type" selection under Staff Export Options, as described by the Piano Notation by Example tutorial (http://www.rosegardenmusic.com/tutorials/supplemental/piano/index.html). (When I add a staff group bracket in LilyPond Export/Preview -> General options -> Notation options, I get a square bracket, which I'd like to change to a curly bracket.) However, under Track Parameters, I only see "Playback parameters", "Recording filters", and "Create segments with:". How can I change this bracket style?
