Generate sound with rosegarden

Asked by tashi

I've bought an electric piano, and installed rosegarden onto my laptop.
Now it's efficient, but I can't make him generate a sound!
I just can record a play, and save it as a rosgarden project, a lilypound file, a MIDI file, a GSound part file, a MUP file or a Music XML file. Could someone tell me the way to generate a sound with it?

I could maybe find a MIDI file player, export the play to a MIDI file and play it, don't you think it might work?

OK, I managed to play the midi file with timidity!
So the sound was seriously generated. But now, I'm wondering about how to convert it to a basic sound form, like a wav or mp3?
Thanks to tell me if ever you know a trick, anyway the problem is now solved!

Cheeria, you all
