Error 500 for file list on packages

When I go to https://packages.ubuntu.com/kinetic/rinetd and click on "list of files" for arm64 I get an Internal Server Error. Also, the list of mirrors for the package is empty. Does that mean the ARM build failed?

The packages.ubuntu.com web page has a known weakness:
It lists only servers for amd86 and i386 architecture (because there are dozens of mirrors for these)

For arm64 and other less frequently used architectures it's always ports.ubuntu.com
