i'm new to linux, and i jsut got this program, but how do i get the songs/movies from my ipod to the libary? thanks

Have you checked applications like gtkpod and amarok? The support isn't 100% but the basic functionality you would want is still there.

You want to install gtkpod and use that to copy music to your ipod
