installing Zune?

I have a 30gb Zune Mp3 player and am running Ubuntu. How can I get rhythmbox to recognize the Zune?

Zune doesn't interface with Linux yet, so there's no way Rhythmbox can recognize it. You need to run the Zune software virtually.

Try the following guide:

(This will work only at USB 1.1 speeds, not 2.0)

Too bad isn't it? Microsoft indeed. :)
