Converting from wma in winXP to linux?

I have all my music in windows media player format on my windows partition. Can I convert it or inport it somehow?

Though they're talking about WMA -> OGG, the WMA -> MP3 process should be very similar (just use lame instead of oggenc).

You should checkout the RestrictedFormats entre in the ubuntu wiki @ https://wiki.ubuntu.com/RestrictedFormats
It can help you play wma files.
