I can't listen to music I downloaded

Asked by Serene Conaway

I downloaded an entire album of music and after I restarted my computer, they were all moved to "Missing Files" and I couldn't listen to them. It won't let me move them to another foleder and the files were only saved on Rhythmbox. I want to have them moved back to the "Music" folder so I can listen to them but I can't do that.

Are you sure you mounted the drive where you had saved your downloaded files? That error message simply means that it can't refresh the files on the list as files are missing or moved.

I don't know how, I haven't used Rhythmbox before. I just redownloaded all the files and then put them on Rhythmbox but I don't know if that will work to save them.

The error simply means that it can't locate the file when it refreshes the loaded files. Just be sure to move it to a 'fixed' folder location.
