trying to get music from downloads to my music player rhythmbox

I downloaded a couple of bands from pirate bay torrents they went into my downloads folder,I some how got them into my music folder but I can not get them from that folder to rhythmbox so I listen to the music.This is my very first time attempting this from the down load site to my music player I'm scared and confused about how to do this can anyone help PLEASE!
