i would just like to put music on an ipod! SO DIFFICULT

Please-please, why is it so difficult for the average person to put music on an ipod with system. with other computers people sy so simple. my 18 yo son can't figure it out on this system. he's very computer savy. of course no problem with his "mac"....could you please symplify????

i have an apple touch 4th generation and i cant put songs on it either-not even after installed all my drivers....... im using lucid lynx 10.04.2 - they were supposed to be able to fix this but evidently not! im using rhtymbox music player but im going to try banshee and see if that will work - hey its worth a try anyway lol

try using rhythmbox. if that doesn't work, try amarok or banshee. i hear amarok and banshee is better than rhythmbox at these things.
