can't access Last.fm Account Settings thru Rhythmbox

Under the Rhythmbox Music Player app I am selecting Last.fm.
The program informs me that: Account Details are needed before you can connect. Check You Settings.
Nothing happens when I mouse click on Account Settings button.

Ubuntu Linux 10.04 LTS

Rhythmbox 0.12.8

App was reinstalled.

So you're saying that when you go to Edit > Plugins to bring up the Configure Plugins window, and then you click on Last.fm in the list on the left and click the "Configure..." button, nothing happens?

After rebooting several times problem resolved itself.
