rhythem box music player cannot play

I find the suitable plugin's from internet but, some files or not downloaded display some error for downloading and cannot install

I assume you are referring to MP3 playback not working out of the box? Ubuntu cannot support MP3 playback out of the box for legal reasons. However, installing MP3 playback, assuming you have a valid licence to use an MP3 decoder, is straightforward -- simply install the ubuntu-restricted-extras package.
