Play from m3u playlist file is not working. How do I fix that?

My m3u playlist opens in movie player fine, But I am not able to play the same using rythmbox. How can I fix that?

Same here, seems Rhythmbox doesn't recognize the codec.
Here plugin search says missing text/uri-list-Decoder.
Some bugs out there.
