how to make a rescue disk like in windows there is a rescue disk if the system fails

Your Ubuntu installation disc is your rescue disc.

If your sytem malfunctions you can Reboot with the Ubuntu installation disc to effect repairs.

Also there is a "Recovery Mode" option you can choose from the bootup menu which can fix a lot of things.
