Troubleshooting Evernote sync?

Meizu phone. Evernote account has permission for notes. When I open notes I just get Ubuntu circle spinning. How do I trouble shoot further before filing bug report?

Please do report a bug. The phone OS is far from a usable device due to its immaturity. Bugs will highlight issues and get things fixed. The bug guys will ask you for details.
