remind package

Ubuntu remind package is out of date.

The ubuntu package for remind provides 3-01-05, but the latest stable version is 3.01.08. This has affected me because the older version is not responding correctly to certain command line arguments as far as i can tell. I have downloaded and compiled the new one, and it seems to compile and work just fine.

I have a feeling im reporting this in the wrong place but im not sure where i should have reported it.

Log a bug stating what security holes the newer version cures. If they are significant then th package will be fasttracked to the updates.
You could compile the new version yourself.
