Why is dlm-pcmk no longer included in redhat-cluster?

Ubuntu used to provide dlm-pcmk in redhat-cluster-suite 3.0.12-2ubuntu9. Now it is no longer included in the latest redhat-cluster source.

Does anyone know why this change took place? The dlm-pcmk package is necessary for Pacemaker+Corosync clusters. Is there a reason why Pacemaker+CMAN is preferred over Pacemaker+Corosync, or is this missing dlm-pcmk package perhaps an oversight?
