Updating r-cran-rcpp in ubuntu trusty

Trusty currently includes r-cran-rcpp version 0.11.0. I was wondering if there is a procedure to request inclusion of the more recent r-cran-rcpp 0.11.1 release. This version was released soon after the import freeze, but has some nice improvements that actually restore backward compatibility with older packages.
