Will version 4.x of Rawtherapee be included in Precise?

I see that currently version 3.x of Rawtherapee is in 12.04 of Ubuntu. Are there any plans to put 4.x which the rawtherapee site shows as the latest into 12.04?

You could report a bug and get it included faster, or find a PPA
