RabbitMQ 3.8.x expected end of life, what to do?

Asked by Felix Paetow

Hello,

I am currently installing an Ubuntu system for a customer. Doing my research, I saw on https://www.rabbitmq.com/versions.html the 3.8 series will be end of life next year.

Will you still provide security updates for the version or will you backport 3.9? Could you please give some insights in the strategy so I could think about how to continue with the customers setup?

Thank you very much for your effort and your support.

Best Regards

If a package is reaching end of life then please report a bug to make the package guys aware and it will be updated to a supported version

Can you help with this problem?
