QTMultimedia programs doesn't recognize any camera on Raspbian

Programs qtcreator/qtmultimedia to use a video camera on Raspberry pi3 (raspbian) doesn't recognize any camera on Raspberry pi3. The same program works fine on Windows.

Raspian isn't supported here. This is Ubuntu support. You want the Raspian forum:
