Can we get a version build with Qt4 instead of Qt5?

Seeing that Qt5 has not yet been integrated into KDE, using QtCreator on Kubuntu 13.04 looks 'ugly' when compared to previous versions build on Qt4.

I installed the downloadable QtCreator but that makes all the fonts bold (well only if one uses the 'Ubuntu' font)...
