Can We Have Qt 5.9.5 in 18.04?

Qt 5.9.5 is scheduled to be released today. Is there anyway we can have it in 18.04 before its final release in 2 weeks?

Most of the "Freeze" milestones are already passed.
You cannot expect that a change as complex as a new qt version will be pushed into 18.04 after the freeze dates.

Maybe someone will create a PPA soon, or maybe there will be a SRU or backport later.
