WebEngine resources not found

Asked by tom stevens

As described in https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/qt6-base/+bug/1970057, 6.2.4+dfsg-2ubuntu1 has a bug that prevents Qt WebEngine from finding it's resources resulting in a fatal error. This error did not occur with the Qt5 packages, thus may be considered a regression. This has been fixed upstream in 6.2.4+dfsg-8, which is now in stable backports. It has been fixed in Kinetic Kudu. Can we please get the update into Jammy Jellyfish?

If there is already a bug report, then a question document is redundant.

What needs to be done to get the existing fix into Jammy Jellyfish? Do I need to add something else to the bug report?
