File not found qemu-user-static zesty

The package is not working in zesty. Not found in server while trying to download. Links below

Is there any other way to obtain it while this is getting fixed?

Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) is not supported any more, see https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Releases
Most of the repositories have already been deleted, and the rest will probably follow soon.
It seems that packages.ubuntu.com is lagging behind.
