  * Use lintian-brush/janitor to update packaging:
    - move from debhelper 12 to 13
    - update Standards-Version to 4.6.0 (no changes)
    - drop obsolete version constraints from build dependencies
    - apply multi-arch hints
  * Add build-dependency on tex-gyre, now needed in bookworm.
