python3 fails to install because python3-minimal version is to new

This isn't a package bug, but a configuration problem on your system or the mirror you are using. If you are still having the problem, grab the missing deb from Launched and install it using dpkg.

sudo dpkg -i /var/cache/apt/archives/python3_3.2.3-3ubuntu1_all.deb
sudo apt-get upgrade

It's a known bug. You should be conversant with searchig bugs if you are using pre-release rather than posting here.
