New version planned?

Asked by Christophe MALHAIRE

Hi,
I would like to know if a new version of pypm will be released soon? I've seen this post:

http://comments.gmane.org/gmane.comp.python.pygame/22027

As Christopher Arndt, I have the same error message: BadPointer error when closing an Input or Output instance or when the program ends. He proposed a patch to fix that. Does this patch will soon be used in a new version?
My system is:
Eclipse 4.2.0
Pydev 2.8.2
Python 2.7.3
GTK 2.24.10
Glade 3.8.0
Ubuntu Studio 12.04.3 LTS

Regards.

No, I don't think so. There was no work on it for more than three years.
But you could contact the developer at https://bitbucket.org/aalex/pyportmidi/src

Can you help with this problem?
