Plan to package 2.4.x for Kilo release?

According to https://launchpad.net/python-neutronclient/kilo/2.4.0 the 2.4 series is intended for Kilo, but PPA contains only 2.3.11 release. What's the plan / timeline to release 2.4 in https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-cloud-archive/+archive/ubuntu/kilo-staging ?

Contact the PPA maintainer.

The PPA is for person who owns it to hold packages for him or herself. The fact that it is public is just a nice to have. If the owner of the PPA doesn't want to have the newer version on their PPA then that is entirely their porogative.

Thanks - I thought this was the correct mechanism to contact the Cloud Archive Team about a particular package within Cloud Archive Staging. Apparently not, so I'll contact them directly.
