Update package to use latest version (0.5.2) of the ncclient

Would it be possible to update this package to latest (0.5.2) version of the ncclient?

If that is possible then I believe this package will be python3 compatible.

I suggest you report a bug. If the bug and security fixes are significant then the package will be updated.
