python-jenkins and jenkins-job-builder project ownership

While python-jenkins and jenkins-job-builder projects are currently maintained under openstack umbrella, their maintainers still need to be able to update and close bugs on LP.

Currenyt list of core maintainers includes:
- Sorin Sbarnea (ssbarnea)
- Darragh Bailey (electrofelix)
- Thanh Ha (zxiiro)

Please assure that any of us have full control over these two interlinked projects in LP, so we can cleanup tracker.

People ignore the warning and even the information in the header is wrong, this not being the correct location of the sourcode. It would be better if current maintainers from OpenStack could be able to close bugs here.

@james-page - please add the mentioned list of people to the project and also please update the project description a little bit.

I would personally put a link to https://pypi.org/project/python-jenkins/ which seems more useful
and replace the current URL with https://github.com/openstack/python-jenkins (or even removing it because is mentioned on the pypi page anyway.

We've never gotten a response from anyone on this. Are there actual humans watching this ticket?
