Support for Ubuntu 14.04

Hi,

We are in the process of releasing a piece of software that needs python-docker.
We have a hard requirement on the supported platform being Ubuntu 14.04 LTS.
However, I see that the python-docker package is only available for Ubuntu >= 15.10.

Do you think it could be feasible to release a python-docker package for Ubuntu 14.04?
If not, could you tell what prevents it?
