Digestmod fix from v0.12.18 (Dec 2019) seems to be missing

When I installed the Ubuntu package for bottle I was getting an error about digestmod not being set for set_cookie. There is a fix in the source tree for bottle and it appears to be in the pip3 version but not in the ubuntu package.

Not sure if there were plans on updating this package or if people just install it with pip.

I suggest that you create a bug report.

Ubuntu is copying this package from Debian (to avoid double packaging work), and as far as I can see, the situation in Debian is the same. So I assume that a similar bug report should also be created in the Debian bug tracking system.
