W boson decay chain

Asked by dionysis skouras

Hello
I am trying to generate a very basic process with pythia8 : p p > t t~ where I want to declare the decay chain as such : ( t > w+ b , w+ > l+ vl ) ,( t~ > w- b~ , w- > l- vl~ ) of course l's are leptons . This means that I want to allow decays where W decays leptonically . How can I achieve that ? Because I turn all of the ttbar production processes with flags and my pythia log has W's decaying into quarks
thank you
