There is absolutely nothing "weird" with that package.

see https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/pulseaudio-dlna/+publishinghistory

For focal:
Removal requested on 2019-11-05.
Deleted on 2019-11-05
python2-only, blocks removal of other packages, removed from Debian testing; Debian bug https://bugs.debian.org/894806

At the time when Ubuntu focal was developed, the available pulseaudio-dlna software depended on already obsolete python2 packages.
Meanwhile somebody created a fork of the original source, which now is supposed to work with python3.
This new package is in the repositories for Ubuntu 20.10

ok

anyway I took the package from the debian site and it works perfectly
if it is possible to integrate it in 20.04 it is good (for other users)

Thank's for your thank you for your answers very quickly
