It is the same in Intrepid. It looks like there was no template uploaded for this package.

Is it possible that the sources are not internationalized?

I checked, the sources are set up for internationalization. So it must be something in the build process that fails to produce a template.

This seems to be an Ubuntu problem and so I am passing this question on to there.
