Pulseaudio, where is the user config file?

From a bug it is not possible to switch the amplifier or the subwoofer level in 5.1 environments as user. Cause this bug is not in public interest, noone wanna fix it. Please tell me, where the pulseaudio config options are stored on the user side. So that i can switch them by hand and change the permission so that the bug can be workarounded.

Everthing is working, but the sub is on maximum and the amplifier cannot be disabled.
