PPPoe Problem

I'm running 7.10. When I go to the terminal and type sudo pppoeconf to set up my pppoe it says sudo enter password for daniel and I can't type in my password, it locks up on me. Help?

Hi, are you sure you can't type in your password?

When sudo is asking for the password, you usually type it without seeing. For example, if your password is "pswd", you should simply type "pswd [ENTER]" at the sudo prompt. Hope this helps :)
