New HP dv7-1130us pavilion laptop dual core 2G AMD 64 Turion using hard drive out of HP dv9812us pavilion laptop dual core 2G AMD 64 I had sent for repairs due to a failing fan, so it's not the install media. Also, I wonder if it accelerated the fan failure (only lasted 4 months) on old unit. I couldn't wait for the HP warranty turnaround time, so I had to buy another laptop, this could get expensive.
